With an eye on the infrastructure Sector in Saudi Arabia we have put on a Business plan and a Marketing Strategy to enter this sector and mainly the Railway Sector, Thanks to my strong relationship skills, individualized approach and passion for the organization, I have made sure that the company had in a short period of time become a key role player in the infrastructure sector in Saudi Arabia, resulting in winning the first project for Salini Impregilo in the railway sector, in KSA, The Riyadh Metro Project - Line 3 with a value of 5.9 Billion USD.

When I joined the company I was in charge of the coordination between Stolt offshore and ADAMAC on OGGS project, a 400km of Gas pipeline for SPDC (SHELL) mainly the interfaces in NLNG plant with the engineering drawings, and the fabrication on site. The interfaces covered were pertaining to the commissioning works of the full OGGS system which was installed by different parties and different entity spreads.
As soon as we started the offshore operations, I was promoted to OCM in charge of the control of all Logistic operations, which covered the following activities:

 Logistics and Warehousing activities in Onne Port.
 Tracing all vessels and barges coming into Nigeria
 Setting up inspection plans for the Warranty surveyor inspections, Prepare load out and stowage plans.
 Mobilize all installation barges, after ensuring that all paper work is valid for the HSE certificates are delivered by Client. Organize the load out activities on a 24 hour basis at the coating plant.
 Organize all the logistics required by the laying fleet (up to 36 Marine units involved at the same time)
 Provide all consumables, purchases, and logistic support to the offshore fleet.
 Follow up all costs associated with these activities, which include, fuel, water, catering, handling fees, stevedoring charges, spare parts, lube oil, grit.
