• In charge of sourcing all of the items for the various categories, and following up from selecting the items, doing the proper feasibility, issuing the orders, and allocating them once received.
• Full financial analysis of the departments and categories to make sure the sales are on the right track to achieve the set budget, also, monthly justifications of the P & L in terms of Sales, Gross Profit, Cost of Sales, Cost of Goods Sold, Shrink and Other operating income.

• Managing and developing the electronic sales team, making sure all deadlines are achieved in-terms of reports, allocations, and daily working processes, while keeping everyone focused on results
• Making sure that all promotional and seasonal items are replenished and available.
• Accountable for stock management ensuring to deliver the target stock turns taking into consideration buffer stock and set replenishment calendar.
• Merchandising, Pricing, Promotions, Stocking, and store operation.
• Preparing monthly profit and lost statements
