- Diagnosing the Machinery Vibration (analysis the frequency spectrum to detect the source of problem - rotating equipment specially).
- Balancing of rotating equipment (pumps, motors, fans, etc.).
- Preforms Predictive Maintenance Protocols (Condition Monitoring).
- The using of Vibration instrument ( VibroTest 60, vb8 )
- Fitting the replacement parts at site (gear, belt, bearing, etc.).
- Checking for the alignment and misalignment.
- Maintenance and Overhaul for centrifugal pumps (0.1 KW - 700 KW).
- Metal forming for the pump's spare parts (sleeves, Boxes, etc.).
- Ensure commissioning to achieve the maintenance purpose.
