• Coordinating and managing all activities during the purchasing process, such as creating Purchase orders, Follow up Deliveries, Monitoring transportation and Invoice creation.
• Verifying that purchase order releases and requisitions reflect the proper price, based on current contracts.
• Received shipment from supplier ensuring that the items, quantities, Lot Number and Expiry Date are correct.
• Prepare yearly forecasts base on the sales analysis from the previous year. Offer recommendation to management to move volumes and/or increase contracts to avoid supply issues.

• Applying and processing necessary Import / Export Permission approval from MOH Authority through online and processing through Montaji all items under Dubai Municipality.
• Preparing and reviewing required Shipping documents for clearance purpose.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
• Liaison with Supplier and Sales Department.
• Managed operation in accordance with budget requirements such as Reviewing freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.
• Managing and updating documents including stock, material control, logistic and accounting documentation and supply reports to maintain operation within the budget.
• Plan warehouses and distribution centers for efficiency in both operations and capacity.
