Acts as Assistant Cargo Supervisor and coordinates the activities in the warehouse export build-up and manifesting activities
• Identify the needs of the shift for operational requirements with regards to manpower and other resources needed and directly report to the shift’s Duty Office in charge
• Prepare the shift’s flight allocation/schedule and checks if all needs of the warehouse export build-up agents are available (i.e. Forklift operators and Handlers)
• Allocate flights for the export flight planners and manifesting team
• Maintain a close coordination and communication with the Warehouse Supervisor through radio, telephone calls and email about queries on flight operational highlights and changes
• Ensure proper communication with the QR Cargo Operations Team for any discrepancies, changes in ULD allocation, cargo offloading and all necessary information needed for smooth operation
• Continuous coordination with the warehouse export build-up agent to ensure priority cargoes are loaded, ULD allocations are met and space optimization for the flight is being followed

• Making decisions and resolving issues as soon as it arises to prevent unnecessary delays on the flights
• Flight planning for cargo export build-up on both wide-body and narrow-body aircrafts in compliance to the Flight Booking List ULD allocations given by Revenue Management Team
• Flight planning for Other Airlines (Emirates, Lufthansa, KLM, British Airlines etc.)
• Prepare Shift Report at the end of the day to be submitted to Duty Terminal Managers, Duty Managers, and Duty Officers and on the next shift’s Supervisor.
• Ensure effective implementation of service quality standards regarding cargo handling and operational procedures within area of jurisdiction
• Initiate and consistently applies the company’s safety and security procedures and agreed quality standards satisfying customers
• Attend all mandatory training and complete test to maintain qualifications and efficiency
