Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the CAFM System monitoring, production of call-logging statistics and information associated with the report.
• KPI’s and SLA’s in-charge.
• Assigning and monitoring PPM.
• To create an accurate input for assets into the CAFM for date records and reports (manual and computerized) in accordance with the Company procedure.
• To ensure that asset data is correctly entered, stored, and maintained.
• To provide PPM work orders, in accordance with program of work.
• To complete work schedules and follow up with the concerned personnel to close the completed task in the system.
• Be accountable for all the customer service-related tasks and inquiry.
• Manage and assist with customers, CAFM users (for their daily activities), and other individuals by Help Desk action and to impart information on status of work orders.
• Generation of monthly CAFM reports.
• Preparation of daily and monthly assessment of waste generation.
• Assisting the QHSE officer for maintaining and developing the site pack documents.
• To assist the team with administrative tasks as and when required.
