-Administered in class tests to provide practice.
-To ensure that tasks are prioritized, processed and completed in accordance with procedures and guidelines laid down in FIM, BIM and CCS procedure manual.
-Common frauds/errors/regular transactions are identified and appropriate action is taken in accordance with procedures.
-To ensure that general level of awareness about money laundering and other legal and regulatory requirements are maintained at all times.
-To strictly follow the health, safety, fire and security instructions as lay down from time to time.
-To provide a high quality service, in line with procedures and compliance guidelines, to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by prompt and accurate processing of related documentation
