• Sourcing and screening of profiles. Conducting preliminary interviewing and negotiations with candidates, identifying candidates on the basis of requirements, scheduling interviews and verifying candidate’s credentials and expectations and shortlist the candidate.
• Responsible in Handling and routing phone calls from customers and politely transfer them to designated party.
• Entertains and assist the visitors and contact the respective employee related to the visit.
• Preparing daily attendance and invoices.
• Internal/Outgoing E-mails, Faxes, Letters and other correspondence register and maintain confidential records and files in orderly manner.
• Comply with other related duties and responsibilities that maybe needed for daily transactions of the business.

• Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone, interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments and background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance / absenteeism and report to Operations Manager.
• Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s termination
• Receives, inspects, records, sake keeps and monitors stock is which includes proper issuance of receipts for every inventory movement.
• Handles the documentation of all motorcycle loan applicant and must ensure the completeness, accuracy, consistency of information and compliance of documentation guidelines and procedures prior to the submission to financing.
• Handles administrative tasks such as preparation of periodic reports, recording of daily transactions and routine clerical work.
