Responsibilities:
− Providing project management and administrative support for the division of science.

− Bills of Quantities (BoQs) issuance and contracts supervision for several infrastructure projects.
− Cost estimation of several contracts for the infrastructure building materials and tasks.
− Managing tender documents such as drawings, specifications, BoQs, time schedules.
− Procurement support; coordination with the vendors, tracking procurement processes and managing vender payments.
− Development and managing project management templates, such as meeting minutes, reports, project plans and schedules.
− Roads, roads geometry, traffic, cross-sections, intersections and roundabouts design using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
− Design of utilities’ networks (water, sewer, storm water).
− Quantities calculation for roads and networks development using Civil 3D.
− Issuing construction packages and BoQs for the roads projects and networks projects.
− Coordination of all the infrastructure networks and clash detection using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
− Creating fully intelligent 3D simulation model for all networks and roads.
