Key Responsibilities:
Thoroughly evaluated contractual documents to gain proper insight of the project.
Involved in rigorous brainstorming with Construction team to develop project execution plan (PEP).
Developed project Baseline schedule & project control documents required throughout the project lifecycle in accordance with scope of work, contractual milestones, BOQ and scheduling requirements of Client.
Constantly interacted with construction, procurement, quality & safety teams to gather inputs related to progress, productivities, delays, issues, risks associated with the project.
Developed & updated various kinds of management reports according to project requirements.
Updated & maintaining schedules.
Prepared presentations for both client & company depicting clear picture of the project status.
Highlighted any issues related to progress, productivity, cash flow to the higher management that might affect the projects outcome in near & far future.
Developed recovery schedules both in primavera & excel as and when required.
Performed time impact analysis & generated technical analysis reports required for EOT Claims.

Lead a team of 2 planners in developing project baseline schedule, project execution plan, project control methodology, progress measurement system, invoicing formats, change management procedure and progress report formats as per project execution instructions of clients.
Defined EPS & OBS for the project.
Managed development of L1, L2 & L3 schedules.
Developed WBS & created activities in primavera.
