Working in QA/QC department as QC specialist mainly for Piping and Static Equipment’s to support plant owners (Ethylene, Glycol and Polymer) Units for their Major and Minor project.

As a QC specialist responsible to undertake all routine, shutdown, and turnaround maintenance activity of complete plant.

Representing QC department in meeting with unit owner (Operation) and other respective departments to understand project requirement and plan inspection activities accordingly.

Participating in MOC (Management of change) meeting for approval if there is modification in existing plant due to maintenance requirement.

Preparing complete QC dossier package which include Method Statement, ITP, Welding Specification etc. as per plant specification.
•
Monitoring and controlling QA/QC deliverable and their Progress.
•
Coordinating, negotiating with vendors, contractors / third-party contractors and finalizing maintenance project outsourcing.

Assisting during QA/QC audits on behalf of QC Department.
•
Arranging meeting with vendors, contractors and suppliers and resolving their technical issues in time to expedite project.
•
Providing core technical support to plant owners on behalf of QA/QC team to ensure their queries are well resolved.
•
Issue weekly and Monthly Progress to the Client & PMT from QC side.
•
Participated in Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Test.
•
Ensure that maintenance project is carried out strictly with international and owner’s HSE policy and procedure.
•
Maintain proper records of project related activities for any future reference or audit.
•
Reviewing and approving final invoices of vendors for selective QC services.
•
My tenure with SABIC brought exposure for myself of interacting & working with Exxon Mobile representatives.
Technical & Management Skills While Working In ZAMIL Inspection,
•
Carrying out QA/QC activities during new fabrication, maintenance, and repair of equipment’s such as Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Process Piping and Storage Tanks.
•
Undertaking Inspection responsibilities during scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns and repair programs to ensure inspection requirements are clearly identified and met as per respective code and standards.
•
Carrying out Pre-site visits for joint inspection with client personals to understand work technicality, scope of work and resolve mitigation if and prepare complete QC dossier.
•
Prepare and endorse inspection notification/report with recommendations and rectification measures ensuring they comply with relevant standards.
•
Reviewing Clients scope of work and Drawings for formulation of QC Package consisting of ITP, Method Statement, Welding Dossier, NDT Procedures, Leak Test Procedures, and Painting Procedures etc. for Client Approval.

•
To interface and coordinate with clients for QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.
•
Carrying out all QC Inspection activities as per ITP including incoming material inspection and documenting same for their record and traceability.

Compiling all QC documents duly signed by Client’s representative for final Work Completion Certificate.
