JOB PROFILE IN Ph4 FOOD
Inspects and monitors quality of in-process food production batches such as temperatures, consistencies,
counts, weights, compliance with food quality control and sanitation standards and procedures.
Develops and monitors the HACCP program.
Performing risk assessment for the whole process and analyze critical control points that will be
monitored to assure the production of safe and wholesome food products.
Ensuring that the products produced by company and facilities are in compliance with HACCP, Regulatory
bodies, International standards and as well meet customer specifications
Lead the HACCP Team and train all employees in food handling & food safety
Developing SOP to ensure compliance with HACCP and ensuring that these are audited and documented.
Conducting Internal Food Safety Audit; Depute staff to perform internal audits; Reviewing the results of the
internal audit; Ensuring that Corrective actions are understood & rectified and Reporting at Management
Review meetings
Working with operations staff to establish procedures, standards and systems
Inform and share the monthly Quality reports & performance of the department in terms of food safety
guidelines with Operations Manager on monthly basis and Quarterly and with Top Management and higher
authorities quarterly and on annual basis.
Periodic assessment of suppliers for evaluating their food hygiene and food safety practices.
Investigation and resolving customer quality complaints with respect to all departments based on their
standards for compliance of HACCP.
Conducting training for staff on regular basis on topics related to food safety standards covering below
mentioned points:
