Duties and Responsibilities
Reviewing and recommending Contractors and Consultants Interim Valuations.
Preparing Estimates and reports for Client's approval, facilitating the issuance of Change Requests to the Contractor.
Managing Cost Control through the administration of the Change Request Procedure, including valuation and negotiation of Variations, preparing reports, and issuing variation orders.
Maintaining various logs such as bonds & insurances, payments, and variations.
Preparing tender packages, including tender floating, commercial evaluation report preparation, and finalizing tender evaluation reports.
Assisting in the preparation of subcontract agreements and work orders.
Preparing regular Cost Reports.
Reviewing Final Accounts.
Identify potential risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with Supervision Consultant's commercial team and Cost Consultant to facilitate payment recommendation and variation processes.
Attendance and representation at commercial meetings.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager on all commercial issues.
Handle pressure and prioritize multiple demands efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Preparing Cost Reports.
Reviewing Final Account.
Reviewing and recommending Contractors Claims, including Prolongation Cost Claims, Disruption Claims, COVID-19 Claims, and Minimum Wage Claims.
Assisting in providing support services for arbitration procedures.
