Main duties performed: Meet and greet walk-in customers to the branch, answer routine questions and determine customer needs in order to direct them to the appropriate counters.
Ensure that the sales waiting area is clean, all documents are held securely and that the area is well maintained and presentable. Escalate any problems with furniture or signage to management for resolution.
Custodian
performed: Capturing Western Union products i.e. CBI (Cross Border Inwards), CBO (Cross Border Outwards) and one Swift product i.e. TRO (Transfer Out). For example Foreign Tourists visiting South Africa receiving funds from abroad relating to their holiday or business visit to South Africa, Foreign students studying in South Africa Receiving funds from abroad to pay for their living expenses Tuition Books etc.
