1. Identifying specific needs of the project beneficiaries, contributing to the assessment of these needs and/or directly assessing these needs as required

In collaboration with the DVFP Field Officers, developing and updating the mapping of the services in your area of intervention
12. Reporting data on beneficiaries follow-up and on your activities
13-Acting as a ‘case manager’ for your dedicated beneficiaries to follow: linking with the other members of the multidisciplinary team to put a personalized action plan in place for each beneficiary, achieving the objectives of this action plan and discharging the beneficiary when relevant
15-Ensuring a qualitative follow up of the beneficiaries and filling-in the follow up according to the monitoring plan
16-Ensuring a daily quantitative and qualitative reporting through tools (and system in place (among which ”Pack Benef” and monitoring tools)
17-Managing your time efficiently with your team partner(s), with the support of DVFP Field Officer
18-Reporting on other issues when asked by your line manager

19. Participating in the analysis and reporting of global issues in the refugee population
oIn formal and informal meetings with the team, participating to a qualitative analysis of the different kinds of issues, at individual, family and community level
