* Participate in and support the local recruitment activities and make sure that the recruitment standards are met in the selection
* Be aware of the local market trends, staff availability, skill shortages, pay rates, and competitor packages
• Responsible of attendance monitoring and payroll computation for the Accounting Department
• Assist in gathering information on employee training, wages, promotions, and general work history
• Record and maintain data to update personnel files.
• Prepare reports, memorandum, letter of correspondence, salary and employment certificates etc. as requested
• Ensures that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures
• Processes and file employment verification, job offer, employment contract, joining report forms etc.
• Assist in hiring new employee and responsible for the new staff regarding the receiving of company properties and other services (email, phones, internet lines, computer request).
In charge of general knowledge of various employment laws and practices
• Employee orientation and development and training logistics and record keeping
• Provide clerical and technical support in such areas as recruiting, hiring, compensation, and benefits.
