• Lead interior designer and overall design project manager for execution of design projects in the Terra Solis resort
for the Mesa restaurant, the Pool area, the VIP Cabins, Lodges, Tents, Lobby tent, Glamping and Pool Ablution
prefabs.
• Coordinate with the investors and designers behind the new branding and identity of Tomorrorowland and
integrated their input into Terra Solis as their resort to insure a homogeneous experience throughout the entirety of
the plot
• Draft and produce mood boards and sample boards for all spaces and decorative features, which were used for
approval by the TML Brand and designed a base for its guidelines.
• Ideate perspectives and produce renders using 3D Max and V-ray for the entire resort and its venues (not including
master render and restaurants).
• Create furniture layout, tiling, lighting, electrical, technical plans and sections along with detailed drawings for all
spaces and their furnishings on AutoCAD and 3D max according to client approval of mood boards and renders.
• Build customized FFE and Fit-out designs, renders and details with their bills of quantity for designated areas.
• Craft a master list for the entire project that includes but isnt limited to: sanitary ware, lighting and electrical, power
fixtures, vanity tops, MEP fixtures, FFE, FIT outs, carpentry work, upholstery work, carpets, curtains, decorative
features (customized features, lighting, GRC & CNC work), mirrors, landscaping, and accessories for procurement,
par stock, and future resort inquiries.
• Schemed the resorts master architectural lighting plan and prepared the BOQ for fittings while liaising wattages and
type required with the MEP consultant.
• Develop reports, track, monitor and communicate performance of all projects on a weekly basis.
• Manage projects in the resort while remaining in alignment with cost control, quality, and timeline deliverables.
