• Draft and produce mood boards and sample boards for all spaces and decorative features, which were used for
approval by the TML Brand and designed a base for its guidelines.
• Ideate perspectives and produce renders using 3D Max and V-ray for the entire resort and its venues (not including
master render and restaurants).
• Create furniture layout, tiling, lighting, electrical, technical plans and sections along with detailed drawings for all
spaces and their furnishings on AutoCAD and 3D max according to client approval of mood boards and renders.
• Build customized FFE and Fit-out designs, renders and details with their bills of quantity for designated areas.
• Craft a master list for the entire project that includes but isnt limited to: sanitary ware, lighting and electrical, power
