and digital platforms.
o Stakeholder Engagement & Training, conduct workshops or training
sessions to ensure employees understand and embody the brand.

• Marketing

o Market Research & Analysis Conduct market research to understand
industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs, Analyze
customer data and marketing campaign performance t o identify areas for
improvement, Use insights to identify new market opportunities and
develop targeted marketing strategies.

Strategy & Planning Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned
with the client's overall business objectives and budget., Define
marketing goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators
(KPIs) to mea sure success., Recommend appropriate marketing
channels and tactics for reaching target audiences effectively.
o Campaign Deve lopment & Execution: Create and manage
marketing campaigns across various channels like social media, email
marketing, content marketing etc, Develop creative content that
resonates with the target audience and drives enga gement. Collaborate
with internal teams (e.g., web developers, copywriters) and external
vendors to execute campaigns.

o Monitoring & Track campaign performance using
marketing analytics tools and identify areas for optimization. Analyze
data to measure the return on investment (ROI) of marketing
initiatives. Continuously refine and adjust marketing strategies based on
data and market feedback.
