Responsibilities: Worked with Dewan Salman Polyester Plants as Manager Operations/Maintenance of Power Plants & Utilities. These plants contains the maintenance and operation of Gas Engines having capacities of 1 MW to 3 MW, Steam Turbines having capacity of 3 MW to 7.5 MW, Funance/Diseil Engines having capacities of 1 MW to 2 MW, Water Tube and Fire Tube Boilers having capacities of 3 Tons/hr to 80 Tons/hr, at pressure of 16 Bar to 65 Bar. Compressors, Air handling units, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Water Treatment Plants, Nitrogen Plants, Heavy duty pumps, Watar Turbines. The total capacity of power generation were 35 MWs.
Main responsibilities were:
i) Supervise the daily operations and maintenance of above equipment’s.
ii) Follow up with store, planning and purchase departments regarding material procurement.
iii) Raise purchase indent for local / imported spare parts of equipment’s.
iv) Implementation of preventive master maintenance schedules and checklist of all equipment’s.
v) Development and implementation of work standard in according with company policy.
vi) Co-ordination between other inter departments and main workshop for repair work.
vii) Monitor requirement of manpower, spare parts and tool’s.
