MEP Head for Moon Flower City; Some of the responsibilities are:
-Plan and Set the Strategic Goals for the Electromechanical & Firefighting networks (Technical & Construction works).-Analyze the Work Program and set targets for the Technical & Execution team to meet our planned deadlines.-Analyze the Scope of Work and set a plan to meet our budget.-Following up with the designated Technical team to deliver on time the approved Shop drawings to ensure the execution progress.-Following up with Procurement team to obtain the Material submittals approvals and to deliver on time to prevent any delay in the progress.-Set Monitor and follow up the Subcontractors contracts, progress and performance.-Employ the right technical MEP resources.-Set the organization chart, look ahead plan, billing formats, QC/QA and document controller operating and achieving system.-Directing and monitoring the MEP packages budget.-Ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of MEP projects planning, including the allocation and -utilization of resources (financial, human, equipment, etc.)-Develops and supervise the implementation of operational policies and procedures within MEP operations.-Inputs on and resolves difficult technical issues.-Ensures maximum coordination between MEP operations and civil operations.-Maximizes value-engineering inputs on MEP-related matters.-Ensures to obtain adequate support for pricing Estimation for the MEP packages.
-Ensures strong collaboration with MEP Engineering for the estimation of change orders, where a design component is involved.
-Setting strategic Goals, organization chart, look ahead plan, billing formats, QC/QA and document controller operating and achieving system.
-Deliver MEP packages within the agreed budget.
-Ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of MEP projects planning, including the allocation and -utilization of resources (financial, human, equipment, etc.).

-Develops and supervise the implementation of operational policies and procedures within MEP operations.
-Inputs on and resolves difficult technical issues.
-Ensures maximum coordination between MEP operations and civil operations.

-Manages MEP subcontractors, and controls their performance & payments.
-Identifies and tracks KPIs for MEP operations, and devises plans and initiatives for improvement.
