Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Involve in stock control and management.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- The ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Delegating tasks to appropriate team members
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Computing MTD, QTD and YTD Sales Operation.
- Involve in stock control and management.
Stocking shelves with merchandise
- Answering queries from customers.
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
- Balancing cash registers with receipts.
- Dealing with customer refunds.
- Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
- Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product presentation to physicians and pharmacists regarding the therapeutic use of the product, mode of action, features and benefits;
- Plan each call through the proper identification of appropriate product or products to promote, which sales tools to use and the right schedule to execute the call;
- Develop and maintain good communications and relationship with customer, staff & management.
- Responsible on handling daily administrative work, enquiries, emails, phone calls and cash flows.
- Involved in advertising and promotion (A & P) relations activities and social media platform.
- Maintained good customer relationship with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
- Identify business leads and acquire and convert opportunities to sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop business and marketing plans to achieve revenue goals;
- Assist in company’s branding activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals and web site;
- Analyze the current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues and product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution;
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities;
- Explain to prospective clients the benefits of the products and services offered, and follow up with them in order to close the business deals;
- Respond to the client queries regarding the product promptly;
- Develop business proposals for new and existing clients;
- Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan;
- Prepare the annual marketing budget and track the expenses against the budget;
- Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients;
- Manage client calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities;
