Key Deliverables:
* Accountable for the quality and quality of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of
engineering construction relating to Civil and MEP discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.
* Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all
testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.
* Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and
quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.
* Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all
procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
* Perform all Material & Work inspections and tests as required by all the discipline on Mechanical
system installation at site.
* Co-ordinate with consultant on matter affecting day to day activities.
* Monitoring overall MEP site activities, ensuring the works are carried out in accordance with approved
drawings & Project specification.
* Raise the WIR, IR as per work basis.
* Inspect the work at site and raise Non-conformance report & site inspection notices to identify
deficiencies and follow up to close out.
* Review the contractors & sub-contractors ITP & all QA/QC documentation.
* Assist with tracking and logging Non-conformance reports, quality improvements reports.
* Prepare Weekly Quality Report & monthly Quality reports for Senior Management.

* Follow up with the contractor to get the work done as per schedule and as per specifications, drawings and
approved method statements.
* Plan, supervise and inspect the work for MEP subcontractor to ensure the work is being done according to
their time schedule.
* Performs testing and commissioning of HVAC system of project site as per client/contractor and consultant
demand.
