- PTW Management in e-PTW system, develop JHA, Apply LOTO to perform routine/nonroutine maintenance of rotating equipment.
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting and discuss about job scope, hazard and mitigation plan with work team member.
- Develop PM task, PM closing template, PM checklist of LV/HV electrical equipment for maintenance team.
- Daily supervise of contractor activities and ensure job progress and safety.
- Follow up SAP Work order management system, generate notification, order materials
for Routine/non-routine maintenance activities.
- Ensure 100% LV/HV electrical PPE is ready and certified to use such as LV/HV tester, gloves, arc flash suit, static discharge rod, rescue tools, megger, multimeter etc.
- Fault findings, Test & Repair of LV/HV circuit breaker-ACB, VCB & SF6, busbar, CT/PT, and other electrical protection system.
- Fault findings, Test & Repair of LV/HV electrical equipment’s specially LV/HV SWGR, MCC, VFD, Power Generator, Motor etc.
- Fault finding & Troubleshooting of PLC control equipment (ABB, Allen Bradley).
- Fault findings, Test & Repair of LV/HV Transformer (33/11KV & 11KV/415V).
- Fault findings, Test & Repair of instrument air compressor, re-boiler, cooler fan etc.
- Fault findings, Test & Repair of motor/pneumatic operated valve such MOV’s, ESDV, PCV, LCV etc.
- Perform Routine/non-routine maintenance works on AC/DC UPS, Battery bank, Battery charger.
- Fault findings, Test & Repair of HV motor driven crude oil transfer pump (1500KW, 11KV).
- Fault findings, Test & Repair of HV motor driven disposal water injection pump (750KW, 11KV).
- Routine/non-routine maintenance of plant earthing & cathodic protection system.
- Perform routine/non-routine maintenance of process fire & gas protection system.
- Perform loop test, calibration check and function check of process LIT, PT, DPT, TT & metering system.
- Repair, Test & fault findings of plant yard lighting system.
- Maintain daily report and electrical equipment parameter logbook for management.

- Responsible for look after of all plant E&I equipment with high level of reliability and
safety.
- Work order management and Issue materials in CMMS, Prepare PTW/HA/JSA for daily work, conduct morning tools box meeting, create purchase requisition (PR) to ensue spare parts availability
- Ensure day to day routine/non-routine maintenance work progress in the plant site, wellhead, and pipeline area.
- Fault findings, Test, Repair of LV/HV SWGR, MCC, Soft starter, UPS, Battery charger, battery bank & plant lighting system.
- Perform hourly maintenance of LV/HV power generator (Turbine & Reciprocating engine driven) & Instrument air compressor.
- Perform hourly base maintenance of gas booster compressor & light crude shipping pump.
- Perform Routine/non-routine maintenance of LV/HV Transformer, NER & Earthing/Lightning system.
- Perform maintenance of cathodic protection system of storage tank & piping system.
- Perform maintenance of PAGA, Fire & Gas System etc.
- Perform routine/non-routine maintenance of process instrumentation (PT, TT, LT, FT, PCV, ESDV, online analyzer etc.).
- Conduct/Participate HAZOP/what if/RCA session for small, medium, and large capital project.
- Technical review of project details engineering drawing such as design philosophy PFD, P&ID, SLN, other details engineering drawing.
- Technical review of master BOQ/MTO of project materials.
- Supervise of contractor job QA/QC, ensure safe work practice in the construction team.
- Review contactor commercial evaluation, collect proforma invoice (PI) and invoice proceed to procurement.
- Review of commercial & technical offer for small capital projects.
- Develop Job safety analysis and planning phase hazard analysis for project team to prevent workplace injury.
- Responsible for all electrical and instrument spare parts.

Responsibilities:
• Work order management and Issue materials in CMMS.
• Prepare PTW/JHA for daily work, conduct morning tools box meeting.
• Create purchase requisition (PR) to ensue spare parts availability for critical equipment.
• Bill of Materials (BOM) for rotating equipments including process instruments of skid.
• Participating weekly planning & scheduling meeting for TPSD/TA work scoping.
• Perform Routine/non-routine maintenance of Gas Engine Generator, MV/LV SWGR, and LV/MV Motor control Centre (MCC), UPS, Battery Charger, Battery system, Induction motor and motor controller.
• Maintenance troubleshoots of solar mars gas turbine(15000HP) driven gas compressor and its other auxiliary such as starter motor, lube oil pump, fire & gas system, Vibration monitor, transmitter, control valve, ESD Valve and other control system of gas compressor station.
• Repair Calibrate and trouble shoot of Pressure transmitter (PT, DPT), Level transmitter (K-TEK, Rosemount, Endress Hauser), level switch, Level gauge, Temperature transmitter (RTD, Thermocouple), Flow transmitter such as turbine, orifice, micro motion (using HART, Dead weight tester, Hand pump, Fluke-744, Fluke Pressure
calibrator, Decade box etc.
• Repair, Troubleshoot, of Control valve (DVC-6010) and ESD Valve, as well as liquid flow meter such as Nuflow turbine meter, Micro motion and Custody and Allocation meter such as Omni and Floboss.
