Temporary contract for managing specific project .
The project was to install security cameras & attendance machines .
My duties during this project was :
1- Managing the installation of security cameras and attendance machines in around 20 branches .
2- Control the Security cameras systems and attendance machines from the main Data Center in HQ .
3- Activate the Domain controller in HQ .
4- Preventive maintenance after completing full checkup for all network devices .

1. Designing, planning, setting up and maintaining the upgrading of domain controllers & network .
2. Planning & Implementing Network Infrastructure to develop a secure Network for Aljeri Group ( Aljeri Transportation Co. - Almofadala Food Co. - Mawten Alarabia Constructions Co. ) including WAN connectivity between the branches provided by ISP(NourNet) using various connections like: MPLS\ADSL, MPLS\CMTS, MPLS off-net, Internet\CMTS, VSAT & P2P .
3. Implementing and upgrading Datacenter Projects (Domain Controllers, DHCP, ISA, Exchange, OWA, AVS, APP & DB servers) to setup a stable Datacenter.
4. Maintaining Domain name registrations, Web & Email Hosting for the companies of Aljeri Group using GODADDY website .
5. Developed Procedures & Forms (Service Delivery and Support) for deploying IT Services to the users.
6. Monitoring LAN & WAN connectivity using monitoring tools provided by ISP(NourNet), and many other tools and issuing performance reports (daily, weekly & monthly) .
7. Troubleshooting Technical Problems in both Server & Clients by various methods (Event Viewer, Logical Analysis, Technical Forums, Vendor Assistance, etc.) .
8. Working as a link and coordinator between our Company and NourNet for everything related to the businesses ( contracts, helpdesk tickets, reports, projects and new services ) to enhance performance.
