Position Held : Site Coordinator (Civil)
Project : 400/220 KV Substations GHARGHODA. (Raigarh, Chhattisgarh)
Client : Power Grid Corporation of India.
Responsibilities : Coordinate between client and contractor. Provision of civil
engineering support to other disciplines including Electrical, QA and
ESH. Preparation of BBS (Bar bending Schedule) and inspection
it’s executes as per standard. Site inspection/audit of engineering
works (e.g. reinforced concrete, earthworks, drainage, Services,
infrastructure). Overseeing and directing all Civil and structural
related construction works as directed by civil construction manager.
Studying and Analyzing Architectural and Structural Drawings.
Procurement and control of civil materials. Preparing of JMC (Joint
Measurement Certificate), billing and requisition of materials as our
requirement. Review of all onsite and offsite constructions activity of
civil sub-contractor to ensure efficiency and quality in project
execution. Supervise and inspect structural and architectural works
to ensure strict compliance with the Technical Specification, and
other related contract documents. Ensure smooth project flow by
coordinating a specific work with other trades involved in the project.
Prepare working schedule and strictly monitor the progress of work
to ensure completion within contracted Time frame. Preparing and
maintaining Assuring and controlling the Quality and safety on the
Project. Preparing Daily Progress report, weekly progress report &
monthly progress report as per the site executions. Preparing &
Maintaining of all necessary document for Resource, Manpower &
FQP. Reporting to the Project Engineer about daily work activities.

Position Held : Civil Engineer
Project : Oil & Gas. Construction and maintenance work for infrastructure &
industrial projects, Office building and warehouse newly construction
Client : Qatar Gas & Cape Yard.
Responsibilities : Managing the workman involved in civil services. Studying and
Analyzing Architectural and Structural Drawings. Procurement and
control of civil materials. Construction RCC foundation and steel
structure for piping system. Preparing of JMC (Joint Measurement Certificate), billing and requisition of materials as our requirement.
Review the plans to ensure consistency of requirements. Supervise
and inspect structural and architectural works to ensure strict
compliance with the Technical Specification, and other related
contract documents. Ensure smooth project flow by coordinating a
specific work with other trades involved in the project. Prepare
working schedule and strictly monitor the progress of work to ensure
completion within contracted Time frame. Preparing and maintaining
Records of PTW (Permit to work) & MS (Method Statement)
JHA (Job Hazard Analyze). Assuring and controlling the Quality
and safety on the Project. Conduct each activity Inspection with the
Civil Inspector, consultant or client. Ensuring all hazards associated
with the Permit to Work System. Preparing Daily Progress report,
weekly progress report & monthly progress report as per the site
executions. Preparing & submitting of daily maintenance report to
client. Preparing & Maintaining of all necessary document for
Resource, Manpower & FQP. Reporting to the Project Engineer about
daily work activities.

Davison : ETHS (Energy Transmission High Volte Substation) AIS (Air-Insulated
Substations
Project : 400/220/66 KV Substations (G.E.T. Co Kosamba, Gujarat.)

Client : GETCO. (Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited)

Responsibilities : Execution & ensuring work is going on as per approved
drawings, all materials used, and work performed are as per
technical specifications. Checking of reinforcement, shuttering
concreting, checking of materials available at site. Preparing Daily
Progress report, weekly progress report & monthly progress report as
per the site executions. Preparation of technical proposals and
pricing, preparation of J.M.C (Joint Measurement Certificate) for sub-
contractor & Clint also. To insure as per approved drawings. Records
of PTW (Permit to work) & MS (Method Statement). Assuring
and controlling the Quality and safety on the Project.
