 Study/Review of tender documents, scope of work, drawings, BOQ, specifications, client’s
 Requirement from the tender documents for Estimation works.
 Study/Review of IT Infrastructure requirement, Active & Passive, Structure cabling, scope of work, drawings, BOQ,
specifications, client’s requirement from the tender documents for Estimation works.
 Design electrical systems including Concept Design, Schematic Design, Tender Design and Documentation (including
Technical Specification, BOQ/BOM, Schedules and Drawing).
 Review electrical studies including load flow, short circuit studies, co-ordination studies.
 Maintain and monitor design progress to meet project schedules.
 Co-ordinate with clients, contractors, supplier, stakeholders and third parties to ensure successful project delivery.
 Having experience of managing the installation of Low Voltage and Extra Low Voltage networks.
 Able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a positive work environment between
all parties including the Client, Contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
 Support estimating and construction in developing standard processes for the reporting of design, quantity take-offs,
enabling construction quantity reporting processes and forecasting by the Enterprise Project Management (EPM).

Site coordination with STED, CSi & dar team for PFT, Energization, Start-up and FPT for all Electrical Equipment.
 Testing & Commissioning activities for TrFr, MV & L.V Panel, Earthing, UPS & Battery, I/C & O/G Cable, D.bs, Socket
Polarity test, Light fixtures Lux test etc.
 TIR preparation and submission for inspection through Aconex.
 SOR Preparation and maintaining the tracker on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
 Look Ahead preparation and tracking the activities for progress.
 MEP progress tracker preparation and update on daily basis.
 Organization chart preparation and submission for approval.
 Red-mark drawing tracker preparation and monitoring on daily basis.
 MRF-Material Requisition Form preparation and follow-up for Quotation and P.Os
 Access MBL server for documents
 WIR and MIR Follow-up for TIR Completion

Design Coordination with Consultants, Architect & Contractors.
 Tendering/ MEP packages finalization
 Prepare the comparatives for packages finalization for P.O’s readiness
 Handling Operation and Maintenance
 Preparation Shift Schedule, AMC Tracker, Check List, Escalation Matrix Etc.
 Maintaining the Electric Consumption record, IMC Water Record and Diesel Record Etc.
 Coordination with Vendors, Consultants and architect for better solution during Operational Challenges
 Monitoring and supervising the BMS System and Manpower on daily basis.
 AMC PPM on Quarterly basis and Monthly PPM supervise and monitor as per schedule.
 Prepare Daily Management Report (DMR) and Monthly Management Report (MMR).
 Prepare and Implemented SOP for entire system Like- Electrical Panels, HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing and BMS Etc.
 Prepare and Implemented O&M, Role & Responsibilities
 Incident Report preparation and Circulate to entire team.

Design Coordination with Client, Consultants, Architect & Contractors.
 Tendering/ MEP packages finalization from PMC side/Client
 Prepare the comparatives for packages finalization for P.O’s readiness
 Review the tender drawings, BOQ, Make list, Tech.Specs, DBR, WMS, Material data sheet, P.O/W.O and QAP Etc.
 Conduct the Kick of Meetings with Vendor, PRM, MRM and Prepare the MOM.
 Material Inspection Report (MIR) with vendors after delivering the material at site.
 Issue the Site Notes (Quality & Safety) and give the NC. If any deviation found in Quality.
 Transformer, H.T, L.T, D.G & D.G Panels factory inspection done before dispatch clearance at site.
 Float the tender and prepare comparatives for vendor selections with price negotiations.
 Send supplier Enquiry’s for Quotations.
 Coordination with MEP vendors and Design consultant.
 Operate Wrench and Power Apps for documentations.
 Material Tracker and Work schedule preparation & tracking
 Installation, Testing & Commissioning done at site 2 X 500 KVA & 2X600 KVA D.G.
Installation, Testing & Commissioning done at site 1 X 800 KVA Transformer 33 KV, 33 KV H.T Panels, CSS Panels, D.G
Panels Etc.
 11 KV O.H line Installation, Testing & Commissioning done at site for temporary power supply.
 33 KV O.H line Installation, Testing & Commissioning done at site for Permanent power supply.
 Study the GFC drawings and Coordinate with Vendors to prepare Shop Drawings.
 Coordination with Civil vendors for MEP Services Work fronts.
 Coordinate with MEP consultants for any approvals.

 Prepare the Snag lists.
 Knowledge about HOTO process.
 Complete MEP Coordinating with Vendors, Consultants and Client for Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing,
Security System, D.G, Lift, STP, UPS, Smart Racks, BMS and Interior fit-outs vendors for execution purpose.
 RFI for design clearance with consultants.
 Review, Prepare and maintain the Drawing Register, Material Tracker, Erection Tracker, Daily Progress Report, Check
List,

Conduting and Wiring for Light Point, Power Point, Data Points, Split A.C, FA System, CCTV & Access Control.
 Power Cable laying for RMU, Transformer, Gen Set, and Street Light & Boundary Wall Light.
