• 104 MLD Storm Water Pumping Station (DPW Sharjah): Directed the complete installation and commissioning of electro-mechanical work.
• Clear Water Pumping Station Qurayat Tie-In (PAEW, Oman): Managed one of MENA's largest Pumping Stations with 24 MW capacity, featuring intricate systems and high-pressure operations.
• Upgradation of Sharjah STP Phase 4 & 5 (SMDD/DPW Sharjah): Oversaw the dismantling of existing equipment and the installation of new equipment, upgrading the plant's capacity to 130, 000 m3/day.
• Floating Desalination Plant (Bahri Logistics): Led the conversion of three Barges into the world's largest floating water desalination barge, achieving a Guinness World Record.
• Sewage Pumping Station (Dubai Municipality): Managed the construction of a sewage pumping station near Dubai Media City for Dubai Municipality.

Project: Improvement and Revamping of Existing Water Supply, Transmission and Distribution Network under the Command area of Nangloi Water Treatment Plant, Delhi (Delhi Jal Board).

• Rehabilitation of 40MGD Water Treatment Plant •Construction of Two new UGRs of total storage capacity of 14.5 million Gallon • Rehabilitation of Four existing UGRs of total storage capacity of 21.2 million Gallon • Revamping of 843.48 km existing transmission and distribution network •Construction of Transmission and Distribution Infrastructure (296.96 km Ductile Iron Pipeline, 933.75 km HDPE Pipeline, 5.13 km Mild Steel Pipeline).

Key Responsibilities and Job Profile
• Lead a multi-disciplines team of 13 engineers for construction of UGRS, Transmission & distribution Network, and Pump Stations.
• Coordination with consultants and client for approval of drawings, documents, schedule and performance.
• Abstract complete project construction requirement, BOQ for all pipeline projects from design documents. Project Planning and control, detailed implementation plan.
• Execution of Installation and commissioning of Mechanical equipment of water treatment plant, UGRs, Booster Stations, and pipelines etc.
• Analysis of cost and revenue for each package, sort out profit making items to ensure profit to company. Conversion of non-useable items for value edition & design improvement items.
• Process payment of subcontractors based on certification quantitatively and technically. Responsible for processing monthly bill to client based on completed work.
• Meetings, construction status recording and reporting to company management, consultant and client.

Extra Short Terms responsibilities at the beginning of Project
• Hydraulic Modeling of 30 km distribution network in pilot zone.
• Vendor development, procurement, contract finalization for 30 km distribution network in pilot zone.
• Operation and Maintenance of Raw water and Transmission water mains pipeline for the existing project.

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for project management, coordination with estimation, engineering, planning, consultant, subcontractor and client.
• Review of P&ID drawings, data sheets and construction drawings and providing technical assistance to ensure the effective implementation of approved drawings.
• Abstract the BOQ for water & wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations and pipelines.
• Certification of contractors bill technically, commercially, and detailed measurement.
• Witness site inspection of material at site and factory. Technical assistance to contractor during commissioning of plant and equipment.
• Operation and maintenance of Sewage Pumping stations, Lift Stations, Rising main and STP. Schedule maintenance plan for annual, monthly and daily maintenance of the sewage network, rising main, PS, LS, and STP.
• Performance monitoring of PS, LS and STP. Use the daily data to track and forecast probable risk related to equipment of PS, LS and STP as well as sewerage network.

• Process Control to check quality failure odds during production.
• Monitor Quality Indicators and trace out root cause and provide solution for it.
• Analysis of rejection & rework and daily report for all the material inspected & tested
• Development of new methods and processes to reduce rejection and rework.
