SOURCING SPECIALIST (
Worked with companies/clients to build relationships to gain a better understanding of their
current recruitment needs
* Analyzes and understands job specifications/requirements provided by the clients
* Responsible for sourcing candidates and matching them against the client’s latest vacancies
- using job portals, database searching, networking, job advertising and through referrals
* Reviews applications, screens candidates, conducts Face to face / Telephonic interviews, do
background checks and ensure the suitability of the candidates prior to sending out
shortlisted candidates to the clients.
* Provides candidates with advices on their applications - responsibilities, salary and benefits
etc.
* Organizing interviews as directed by the client and informing the candidates of the result
* Involved in salary negotiation and final arrangements between the clients and candidates
* Work closely with the company’s Legal affairs department for the visa requirements and
efficiently guide the candidates regarding the documentations for the same

Handled end to end recruitment starting from gathering requirements till on
boarding of the candidates.
* Liaising with the Project Heads and Project Managers for requirement gathering
from Business.
* Sourcing relevant profiles, scheduling interviews with the panels on a daily basis
* Successfully recruited Middle, Senior and Director level roles within the given time
frame, by utilizing various sourcing techniques like job portals (Naukri and Monster),
employee referral, internal Database, Mass mailing and Social Media advertising.
* Upon selection, receiving salary approvals from Tower head to release the offer in
ORION.
* On boarding the candidates upon offer acceptance.
* Conduct Walk-in drives on a weekly basis for Mass hiring
