Job Profile:

• Handling joining formalities, induction training & Documentation.
• Taking care of entire recruitment process - issuing Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, joining formalities, induction programs, and later confirmation.
• Handling MIS & all reports through ERP
• Handling confirmation process by meeting with employees to discuss about their performance.
• Compile all data needed for the annual review and performance appraisal analysis. Involve in Employee Performance Management and Appraisal Policy.
• Looking after Employee’s engagement activities
• Identifying and analyzing the requirement for employee training and other organizational development programs. Following up to ensure training objectives are met.
• ISO Audit reports & necessary documentation
• Payroll ( Prepare necessary report related to final salary)
• Generate necessary training & other reports for CMMI Level 3 by coordinate with ISO Auditor.
• Conduct Exit interview & F&F Process.
Managerial Functions:
• Coordinate and Communicate with all level of Management & employees for various HR objectives and for report feedbacks.
• Share monthly reports to all management team as per their requirements.
