• Lead end-to-end estimation and costing for new-build projects and fit-out works across residential, commercial, healthcare,
hospitality, and industrial project types.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact with suppliers, contractors, and clients across the pre-award and post-award
phases.
• Carry out technical coordination to resolve design and scope queries, ensuring smooth project progression from estimation
to mobilization.

foam.
Estimation, Costing & Tendering

• Delivered estimation, costing, and commercial offer preparation for projects, fit-outs, and Annual Maintenance Contracts
(AMCs).
• Reviewed engineering drawings and tender documents to produce accurate BOQs consistent with project specifications and
