• Managing Projects/ Programs of cost of multimillion USD. Managing the programs budget CAPEX, Manage vendor contract payments and accountable to ensure the overall program budget (CAPEX) is spent as planned and report any variances to the senior most managers of bank, program Sponsor, PMO Head and steering committee.
• Responsible to deliver projects within the constraints of Scope, Quality, cost and time.
• Establish and update plans with actual and forecasts, Manage deviations from Plan, Report to Respective Stakeholders and escalate decisions/ unresolved issues to Working Committee, Program Sponsor, PMO Head and Steering Committee.
• Responsible of preparing complete Project Plan contains Scope, Cost, Risks, HR, procurement, Time and Quality plans and having concurrence from all stakeholders.
• Act as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance and take corrective actions.
• Conduct periodic review and updates Working Committee (Weekly) and Steering Committee meetings (Monthly). Coordinate and collate the required information from the concerned stakeholders Send Weekly Status Reports (Weekly) to Senior Managers/ SC & LF Members. Manage the SC/ WC committees’ activities and decisions, take minutes and follow up on the resulting action items on periodic basis.

•Implemented the largest Cash Management/ GTS implementation in Middle East region having all five modules (Portal, Payments, Collection, Trade and Liquidity) for Mashreq Bank.
•Managed the Selection Process of Enterprise Application Interface - Middleware Program (Selection of Separate vendors for Middleware Product and Implementation Partner)
•Branch Automation: Implemented the upgrade of Core Banking for all FIG branches (Globus G10 and G13 to T-24) Vendor; Temenos and Cap Gemini
•Implemented Operational Risk Management for overall Bank Risk Management. Vendor: Kalypto Risk Technologies
•Implemented (RMS) Risk Management System for FIG. Vendor: MIT

NCCI is the largest insurance organization in Saudi Arabia. The system allows to dedicate a doctor to process faxes from one hospital. TMD has a group of medical how attend and process these incoming faxes. All the incoming faxes come to single notes database which check for the free doctor and automatically launch the incoming faxes in Kodak Imaging Software. Doctor read the fax and enters the required information into an Oracle Application and mark the fax approved or rejected. As soon as Doctor close Kodak Imaging after processing and saving the fax, system sends the processed Fax back to concerned hospital. Worked as technical manager, responsibilities were Customer engagement, technical issues handling and deployment of the application
SAMBA Purchase Order System (SAMBA KSA)

SAMBA is Saudi version of Citibank; this application is developed for Riyadh Head office. The application caters whole purchase order cycle electronically. Role management, limit approval are main components of the The System is a Workflow Management System that Processes all Steps involved in approval of a purchase order.

This Project is one of the most successful automated Payroll systems in Pakistan, and more than 25 national and multinational companies (e.g. IBM Pakistan, Indosuez SSGC, Shafi tenarie, KAPCO (Kot Addu Power Company) and Novartis) are using the system. The Systems covers both wages and salaries based system and consists on all components of any Payroll System like Tax Management, Vacation handling, Loan Management, Gratuity and PF etc. I was the team leader of the project and managed all activities of the life cycle including team management, Clients engagement etc.
I did play the role of Project manager in this application.
