Responsible for providing 2D drawings with existing and proposed plans as required by the client specifically in landscaping works.
• Responsible for preparing and updating drawings such as Hardscape Layout, Paving hatches, and Softscape Layout.
• Adding specific details and Broad description to the scope of work,
• Responsible for preparing the quantities of the plants and trees needed in the drawings.
• Reporting and Coordinating with the CAD Manager and Landscape Architect on the design and layouts to be done.
In addition, I am also responsible for helping other department such as the Traffic/Transportation Department/Roads and Utilities with,
• Preparing Traffic Impact Study Drawings (TIS)
• Preparing Traffic Access Study Drawings (TAS)
• Summary Plans.
• Preparing or Updating Road Designs
• Other geometric details cross sections,
• Road layouts and Wet and Dry Services and other related for works and Highway projects.
Responsible for providing 2D or 3D drawings with existing and proposed plans as required by the client specifically in landscaping works
• Make sure plans are accurate and reliable.
• Adding specific details and broad description of the scope of work
• Adjustments and revisions to a variety of detailed drawings are provided as necessary
• Reporting and coordinating with the manager on design and layouts to be done
• Undergo site visit to measure the lay of the land.
• Estimation works
Check drawings for conformity and accuracy
• Make adjustments and changes to a variety of detailed drawings as necessary
• Produces drawings in 2D or 3D
• Break down information provided by verbal or written instruction and /or sketches for more detailed information and understanding
• Coordinate with coworkers on design and layouts
• Transfer designs to alpha cam application and modify each designs and transfer it to the machine
• Ensures that each cut for every detailed design is correct
• Operate water jet machine
Create client drawings from design information per specification
• Prepare technical drawings and plans
• Check drawings for conformity and accuracy
• Make adjustments and changes to a variety of detailed drawings as necessary
• Produces drawings in 2D and 3D
• Break down information provided by verbal or written instruction and /or sketches for more detailed information and understanding
Ensures the correct and timely Report issuance particularly standard files in relation to the productivity and quality targets.
• Accurately and efficiently encodes information in the user application based on received trade documents.
• Checks the information quality of documents and ensures that these are properly registered in the system.
