Compensation and Benefits:
Manage Job Analysis activity for existing as well as new positions.
Implement Reward and Benefits Policies in the company.
Designing, overseeing and implementing Grading Structure for different business units.
Develop Salary and Benefits Structure as per the Grades.
Manage Bonus pay and salary review process.
Payroll / Administration:
Oversee and manage the payroll process for all employees and ensure timely and accurate salary finalization
Ensure smooth and timely processing of end of service benefits
Maintain payroll information on HR systems and salary registers and conduct monthly reconciliations to resolve any discrepancies
Manage issue of letters such as salary letters, Salary Transfers, etc.
Establish best practices in maintaining HR/administrative records such as employee files
Monitor monthly time attendance for employees
Manage leave records for all employees including leave benefit settlement, leaves accrued, leaves applied, leaves taken, etc.
SAP:
Ensure Implementation SAP-HCM Module as per the business requirement
Train HR Staff on SAP-HCM Modules.
Streamline and develop HR processes in line with SAP-HCM Compliance
Ensure compliance with UAE labour legislation
Prepare the Salary review proposals, suggesting parameters to be used, producing cost Implications, and Implementing the final approved salary revisions
Process all salary Increase and regarding arising from promotions, job evaluation, ensuring accuracy, timely completion and adherence to appropriate policies
Prepare the payment of bonus proposals to Management with various scenarios and cost implication taking into consideration the eligibility criteria and ADNOC guidelines
Assist in the compensation & benefits region wise comparative studies and analysis for the ADNOC Group and OPCOs as and when required
Maintain contact with the group companies (OPCOs) to exchange related Information which might be used for Informative and comparative purposes
Ensure that the cost impact of any policy proposal is accurately defined, covers both direct and indirect costs, and highlights all possible consequential effects
Ensure quick and effective responses to all requests involving policy & compensation.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the worldwide compensation market for the core skills required by Al Hosn Gas. Actively participate in salary surveys with comparable organizations and make appropriate proposals to management when required.
Plan and prepare budget proposal for promotions, salary adjustments and status changes
Perform other similar or related duties such as follow up on the progress of special assignments/reports for submission to HP&E as required
Support Team Leader in the preparation of the department budget
Provide opportunities for training and development of employees under his direction (with emphasis on UAE Nationals) and assesses their progress, this includes on-the-job training, counseling and proper work delegation.
Perform Job mapping / Job evaluation when structure changes take place.
Collect and analyze comparative data for enhancement/ Improvements In Company HR Policy Manual, Employee Handbook and System Procedures manual.
Conduct studies/researches on HC Policy issues taking into consideration environment, social, institutional, legislative and economic factors and recommends alternative solutions for consideration by Management
'Periodically review personnel policies and procedures taking Into consideration Divisions requirements and suggestions, submit proposals for amendments to policies and ensures up¬ date of approved Human Recourse Policy Manual
Compensation and Benefits:
Review existing compensation and benefit programs and activities and recommend desired improvement to meet the company's objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness.
Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs
Ensure that the company's reward strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
Job Evaluation, Market Analysis and Budget preparation & analysis :
(familiar with both MERCER and Hay methodology for job evaluation )
Carry out job evaluation and classification; salary administration; employee benefits.
Analyze external market data as well as internal data about the company's current employee population and future human resource needs for HR Head for developing salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the company's reward strategy.
Participate in exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination
Prepare annual Salary and Benefit budget and give inputs to incentives
On monthly basis review actual vs. budget costs and analyze deviations
Consult & Educate employees about Company policies on payroll, increments & benefits
Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure.
Develop job descriptions for various positions and determine appropriate base pay
Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments.
Organization Structures:
Ensure Company org chart is up to date.
Perform Job mapping / Job evaluation when structure changes take place.
Work with the HR Head to make recommendations to the management on structure reviews
Compensation and Benefits :
Updating salary structures according to external market evolution and business changes.
Participating in external compensation surveys as appropriate to update salary scales and benefits as per market practice and conducting Job Mapping when required.
Evaluating positions and administrating their personnel compensation ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and business strategy. ( familiar with both MERCER and Hay methodology for job evaluation )
Ensuring correct administration of compensation and benefits as per the company guidelines.
Preparing compensation proposals, offer letters and contracts ensuring internal equity is attained, based on position and grade of the candidate.
Running and consolidating merit and promotion cycles for the region as per company guidelines.
Preparing Job Descriptions for new positions as required.

Organization :
Analyzing organizational structures under scope, promoting a progressive standardization in the company.
Keeping Job Catalogue updated with necessary Jobs for the defined organizational structure.
• Handling day to day activities of the HR department for our Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices, with help of 1 HR assistance and 1 administrative assistant as their supervisor, and reporting to the country HR manager
• Coordinating International Short Term and Expat Assignments to UAE.
• Providing support to line managers and well as to employees with regards to their benefits and monitor activating the same on the system.
• Managing efficiently (implement, maintain & improve) reporting, database with the payroll team.
