• Scrum Master and developer of an agile team performing full cycle of soft- ware development starting from requirements elicitation, project plan- ning, estimation, to execution and delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Leading a Standardizing initiative for all applications’ UI implemented by the team by following the standard UX/UI rules, also introducing and executing a process to be followed during implementation to ensure that the UX/UI standards are followed across the phases.
• Mainly worked on:
· SMART: A project management dashboard for tracking projects’ ma-
turity and execution based on Key Performance Indicators that is collected from a different application used across the company and using ETLs to transform the data and analyze it.
· Usability Glossary: Deploying a glossary for the team to follow while implementing new applications, it was the output of the usability standardization initiative.

• Working in Agile trained team for designing and developing applications that helps improving the efficiency and effectiveness of engineering and administrative functions in Valeo with exposure to external and internal customers.
• Lead developer of a small team that was handed over a legacy project, and turning it to a success project that continued for extra 4 years.
