I am currently involve in one of the UAE's prominent infrastructure project, the Etihad Rail. Previously, I've been working with EMAAR Downtown Development in the District Cooling Projects. Construction of the new DCP 4 and Chilled Water Network and some of the ancillary works for the existing DCPs like DCP 3 Cooling Towers Tensile Fabric Canopy and DCP 1, 2 and 3 Asset Management and Life Cycle Costing.

I have worked with Al Maktoum International Airport project in Jebel Ali, Dubai for the preliminary design stage. I have perform some peer review and value engineering as well as magnitude of cost as per design stage and additional scope of works..

Previously, worked for a year in a multi billion Claims project (Confidential Client) under Contract Service Solutions Sector of Turner and Townsend.

Basically, I am responsible in quantity measurements, bill of quantities preparation, cost control and cost management for infrastructure projects (Dubai Airport and DWC in Jebel Ali), retail and property (Meraas Citywalk) sector.

- Preparing Cost Plan and Pre-tender Cost Estimaion (CAPEX Report)
- Quantification and Bill of quantity preparation.
- Assists in preparation of the Tender Documents for the construction of (Design & Build) a new district cooling plant and a chilled water network
- Preparing Post Tender Evaluation Report, Tender Adjudication Report and carry out tender analysis for the construction packages.
- Evaluation of work in progress on site, materials on site and off site.
- Managing re-measurement exercise which involves joint measurement with the Contractor
- Agreeing and reconciliation of variation order claims, assessing Contractor’s interim payment application and preparation of interim payment recommendations for Client.
- Handling Final Account reconciliation with Contractors
- Conducting and attending meetings with the Client, Engineer and Contractor (including but not limited to design and scope coordination, progress and valuation meetings)
- Life Cycle Costing and Asset Management, asset condition reporting and tagging.
- Support the measurement team of the project in providing advice and opinion on full measurement of all the disputed works
- Provide opinion and advice based on the reassessment and analysis of the disputed items
