I set out to Open the first Organic Healthy Plant-Based Bar Restaurant in Montenegro catering and offering educational workshops for people in need of such food options with only 3 employees at the start. It worked very well until some unfortunate family situations forced me to close down and continue on a freelance basis, teaching, coaching, catering and sharing recipes online. Success and failure mixed with personal life challenges were not easy but I took it as possibility for growth. Lately I am specialising in Raw Cuisine. I also own and manage a Private Property with Organic Edible Gardens with my husband through Airbnb.
