Assists faculty and staff with technical support of desktop computers, applications, and related technology. Support includes specification, installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals. Activities require interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems. Also assists in the maintenance and testing of network servers and associated equipment. The positions responsibilities require independent analyses, communication, and problem-solving. Work is performed with little supervision and requires initiative and judgment. Assisted the Web Application developer team for more than 8 months in developing and enhancing the in-house application using PHP, HTML, CSS, and SQL. Additionally, I contributed to developing and enhancing applications and maintaining them in PowerApps and Power Automate.
