• Regular visiting of branches to ensure that operations are being carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular mystery shopping activities within the defined region under advice to the senior management.
• Participate in the special audit of location in accordance with the instruction of Head of Audit
• Manage any extraordinary situations involving our branches not limited to issues related to fraud, forgeries, litigations, mishaps and or law enforcement agencies.
• Management and maintenance of company’s assets available at our branches e.g. UPS, Generators, Air Conditioners, Vehicles etc
• Manage and ensure that all company records and properly maintained in accordance with the company’s record maintenance police and SBP rules & regulations.
• Ensuring the pleasant ambiance of all branches within the defined region e.g. neatness and cleanliness of the branches.
• Regularly reviewing the overall discipline of the branches within defined region e.g. punctuality of the staff, branch opening and closing timings, dress code etc
• Undertake periodical training sessions of company’s employees within the defined region on company’s policies, SBP rules and regulations, compliance procedures and business operations.
• Review company’s securities procedures and under advice to the senior management manage the security guards and security systems within the defined region.
• Interact with the surrounding banks and other financial and non-financial institutions of the branches within the defined region in order to promote company’s brand i.e. Western Union Inbound and Outbound, FTT, FDD and Currency Exchange.
• Provide a monthly report detailing the operational status and health of all company activities within the concerned region/province.

I was authorized to work with these WU agents in Pakistan NBP, BOP, Summit Bank, UBL, Faysal Bank, The Bank of Khyber, JS Bank, Dubai Islamic bank, Bank Al-Saudia, Pakistan Post Offices and private exchange network of Habib Qatar Exchange, Fairdeal Exchange Company, PCE Exchange, AA Exchange & Ravi Exchange for Network Productivity, Business Development & Retail Management Projects, AML & KYC. (May2008- Dec 2012)
Key responsibilities of Western Union international project were:
• Visit all Dormant Locations & Achieving monthly targets
• Develop Audit / Mystery Shopping plan for Authorized locations (WU)

• Working as a liaison between operational departments to stream line operational activities of Western Union.
