Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner - Responsible for Business requirements Enhancements and Requirements Analysis, for the AS-IS and TO-BE Business needs, in addition to the following Roles:

Senior Oracle Siebel Business Analyst / Product Owner - Responsible for Business requirements Enhancements and Requirements Analysis, for the AS-IS and TO-BE Business needs, in addition to the following Roles:
Manage the Stakeholders.
Working Closely with the Oracle Siebel Technical Project Manager and Technical Team
Lean Testing for the upgraded Oracle Siebel CRM System.
Describe the user experience and product features.
Validation and Verification across all Projects.
Developing new user Manual for the upgraded CRM System.
Responsible for gathering and filtering the Business requirements, for the AS-IS and TO-BE Specifications.
In addition to the following new Roles:
-Manage the stakeholders.
-Gathering and foolowing the Gap Analysis, in the missing of the needed Requirements.
-Collaborate with the Development & QA Teams.
-Create Business Model.
-Describe the user experience and product features.
-Decide what to do next by defining the sprint goals, detailed stories
-Collect and analyze data to match the goal.
-Update the UX/ feature description and Business Models.
-Track the Sprint progress.
-High coordination with all parties to ensure the alignments.
• Gathering Business Requirements by traveling to the Client and have a daily basis meetings.
• Obtain High-Level Business Descriptions and Develop Current Business Process Model.
