• Reviewed and analyzed engineering drawings and reports using electrical/structural data/info collected from project sites relating to existing and proposed telecommunications towers; Monopoles, Guyed, and Self-supporting, for US cellular, Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, SBA and Sprint to come up with a design package containing the proper wireless solution for 4G and 5G either to upgrade existing equipment; Antennas, RRUs, Raycaps, Hybrid cables or relocate equipment to provide optimal performance within clients criteria.
• Used computing software and hand calculations to design/supply power to new and existing telecommunications sites. Completed hydro applications, ensured requirements of utility companies were met.
• Designed and produced construction drawings for 100A, 200A, 5G service upgrades at new and existing telecommunication sites.
• Conducted site survey when needed for existing and proposed telecommunication towers to capture all information in order to assist in the overall design relating to compound site dimensions, existing shelter or pad mounted housing or supporting equipment, existing telecom equipment, etc. Also performed post-installation inspections and produced technical reports to ensure work was completed according to CEC code/drawings.
• Designed construction drawings for the installation of 50kW generator, ATS and power panel for existing telecommunication sites according to NEC.
• Developed power distribution layouts, single line diagrams and power panel schedules (1-phase & 3- phase).
• Reviewed drawings relating to power line right of ways, single line diagrams, relay and metering one line diagrams, AC three-line diagrams, DC schematics, wiring diagrams and cable schedules on AutoCAD.
• Prepared and modified engineering designs and equipment to accommodate proposed infrastructure in accordance to relevant design standards and specifications.

• Prepared and reviewed redlines for Preliminary or final drawings to be revised and accommodate any necessary changes.
Electrical Engineering for 12.47 kV-500 kV substations including:
• Preparation of single line diagrams for substations.
• Preparation of overall substation layout.
• Development of Substation Equipment Specifications including HV/MV Breakers, Power and Grounding Transformer and Capacitor Bank.
• Substation Protection and Control including development of Protection Philosophy, Protection Single Line Diagrams, Protection Relay Logic and Settings, Protection Relay AC/DC Schematics and Wiring Diagrams.
• Power Systems, modeling and analysis using ETAP including Short Circuit, Protective device co ordination, Load flow analysis, Motor Starting and Arc flash hazard studies.
• Design of Substation AC/DC Auxiliary Power Systems, Battery Sizing, Grounding Transformer Sizing and Communication Architecture.
