- Establish an environment which encourages creative and independent use of instructional technology throughout the school
- Assist educators in planning for the use and integration of technology in the instructional program
- Teach technology classes to students; Assist faculty in the design of standards-based, technology rich curriculum that improves student learning
- Work with faculty to facilitate and enhance the vision and goals of technology implementation.

-Negotiating a commercial agreement which will serve to benefit both customer and supplier and aiming to win a new business;
-Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
-Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
-Creating detailed proposal documents to prospective customer; Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
-Gathering market and customer information; Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
-Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
-Presenting the products and services in a structured professional way face to face.

-Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues;
-Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software;
-Perform routine server monitoring and performance benchmarking;
-Conduct briefings and demonstrations for users to enhance system productivity;
-Provide support to the Technology team;
-Escalate requests to the appropriate party, as needed;
-Maintain daily/weekly/monthy tape backup and off-site tape storage;
-Update network applications as required;
-Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence;
-Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project;
-Maintain the documents and drawings in the document control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability;
-Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution;
-Generate the various document control reports;
-Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.

-Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand;
-Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies;
-Analyzing trends and results;
-Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
-Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees;
-Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories;
-Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products;
-Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans;
-Directs compilation of records and reports concerning production, machine malfunctioning, and maintenance;
-Facilitate, supervise and coordinate the delivery of all physical resources required, including, installations, laboratories, and workshops;
-Assess each project’s technical requirements and ensure all resources are delivered in an efficient and timely manner.

-Identify, develop and implement options that may resolve or improve the issue;
-Prepare and maintain relevant systems documentation including the creation of Policies and Procedures;
-Promote the productive use of Information Management Systems;
-Maintain adequate security of data by implementing, monitoring and auditing appropriate security policies;
-Actively contribute and participate in all disaster recovery processes;
-Apply software upgrades and patches to the corporate systems and to server operating systems and databases.

-Train individual teachers and students to use software, hardware, and peripheral devices as needed;
-Integrate use of the school’s web site and Internet resources consistent with the school’s educational mission;
-Develop and offers technology training workshops for teachers;
-Maintain hardware and software inventories including licensing and securing of software media;
-Assist educators in planning for the use and integration of technology in the instructional program;
-Coordinate with and assist the network specialist with the administration and support of the site-based instructional and administrative networks, including minor and major troubleshooting;
-Teach technology classes to students;
-Assist faculty in the design of standards-based, technology rich curriculum that improves student learning;
-Work with faculty to facilitate and enhance the vision and goals of technology implementation.

-Supporting the store manager in identifying opportunities for commercial advantage;
-Continuously reviewing and managing team performance;
-Working with the manager to improve operations, sales and profitability;
-Delegate work and give tasks to individuals;
-Checking off and signing invoices and credit notes on a weekly and monthly basis;
-Organizing seasonal promotions and events;
-Examining sales information and forecasting potential sales volumes to increase profits;
-Record sales information, for data examination and forward planning.

-Serves as site liaison to various technology and/or curriculum committees as assigned for the purpose of assisting in the review and development of technology improvements to be incorporated into the lab;
-Assists students in the computer lab for the purpose of providing instruction on the use of computer hardware and/or software;
-Configures peripheral and shared devices within computer labs and assigned site as may be required (e.g. printers, multimedia components, scanners, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring operational use of computer applications;
-Coordinates with site Technology Specialist for the purpose of maintaining equipment in proper working order;
-Establish individual student lab and network accounts and password lists for the purpose of maintaining lab systems security;
-Provides orientation, training and assistance to students in the use of microcomputers and software in a computer lab for the purpose of assisting students’ in developing skills in various computerized applications.

-On-site and remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals;
-Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters;
-Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems;
-Performs maintenance and repair services;
-Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance;
-Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system;
-Utilizing the training, equipment, and learning materials to give the best learning experience to our students;
-Testing students to gauge their development.

-Produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
-Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
-Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
