Scope of Duties:
Establishing, implementing and maintaining the HSEQ management system.
Ensuring effectiveness of training.
Ensuring management review of business strategies in line with approved quality policy and system documents.
Ensuring training budget for approval in coordination with HR Dept.
Reviewing analysis of internal and external NCRs.
Maintaining qualification documents to prove customer satisfaction.
Implementation and performance monitoring of objectives and targets.
Maintain HSEQ statistics for the organization.
Analysis of site injury and corrective/ preventive actions.
Ensure effective implementation of ISO standards and requirement throughout the organization.
Review and approval of documents as required.
Ensure legal requirements are implemented across the organization by means of periodic reviews.

Performance development and monitoring of subordinates
Process optimization and standardizing of quality norms
Ensuring compliance to various quality measures by maintenance of appropriate requisite systems and standards
Liaising with and advising key stakeholders on quality aspects as well as the identification and mitigation of risks
Identifying and reporting on KPI (key performance indicators) to Senior Management
Approval and monitoring of subordinate attendance
Motivation and training need analysis of subordinates as well as the evaluation of the effectiveness of training
Ensuring compliance to Company procedures and Policies as well as Regulatory requirements
Implementation and ensuring compliance with the Company’s business applications
Identifying and monitoring budgets relevant to the Quality department
Providing input to Proposals department with regard to tender assistance as well as estimated NDT and other relevant costs
Ensuring all ongoing projects are sufficiently and suitably resourced with QC personnel of different disciplines as per project demands
Defining and govern the project specific quality requirements and objectives to ensure the project outputs are fully compliant to procedures and mandated international standards.
Working with the Engineering staff and implement a regime ensuring that the deliverables are technically compliant in all aspects.
The establishment and maintenance of the project library including all project document deliverables and certificates covering traceability of engineering artifacts throughout the project life cycle:
Defining quality procedures for the Project Office in conjunction with Project Staff
Setting project QA/QC compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved
Working with project staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
Review major subcontractor processes and qualifications including their suppliers, and comparing with company and project requirements
Establishing and maintaining document and data controls procedures
Collating and analyzing technical and performance data and defining a Verification and Validation plan and associated parameters to ensure processes are in place to manage compliance to the specifications
Ensuring tests and trials and any required procedures are properly understood, defined and evaluated and translated to the Commissioning Department
Contributing to and writing reports and statistics as required
Liaison with internal and external stakeholders of different disciplines to formulate and agree project specific quality procedures
Liaison with Client and 3rd party auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications
Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement through the project office
Overseen QC Inspectors within the QC Department related to their daily tasks
and objectives
Overseen sub contractors on all quality related aspects
Review and approve quality/contract related documents such as:
Technical Queries
Quality Control Plans
Non Conformance Reporting and the effective implementation of corrective and
preventive actions
Control of non conforming items
Release Notes
Co-ordination of NDT Technicians in order to carry out non destructive testing
Review and interpretation of NDT reports e.g. MPI, RT, UT and hardness tests and

Scope of Duties:
Generating and compiling all supporting documents related to Code Data Books
Coding of welders on plate and pipe to ASME IX and AWS D1.1 requirements
Compiling job specific Welding Procedure Specifications
Identification and verification of material prior to release for fabrication
Identification and isolation of non-conforming items
Review and approval of Quality Control Plans for the prefabrication and installation of
Pressurized piping, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks and other mechanical equipment
Performing in-process inspections during manufacturing such as:
Witnessing weld preps and fit-up inspections prior to welding
Performing visual and dimensional inspection on fabricated components
Arranging and interpreting of NDE results such as MPI, PT, UT and RT
Witnessing mechanical tests conducted on material such as impact tests, tensile tests and bend tests
Witnessing of hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests and subsequently issuing the certificates that proof that the fabricated component conforms to the relevant Standards and Specifications
Performing the final punch out with the client which leads to final acceptance of the fabricated component
Handover of the fabricated component together with the supporting “End of Job” documentation
