Understands project requirement and drafts scope of work & drawings for review and approval
Oversees onsite implementation of the approved designs by continuous monitoring of the work being carried out by contractors to ensure adherence to approved plans.
Ensures scope of work is properly understood by the Consultants and Contractors.
Continuously tracks the project progress and compare it with the project schedule to ensure that project is progressing as per plan.
Holds regular meetings with the Consultants and Contractors to discuss issues and other project details.
Implements any change in designs, plans by ensuring effective communication to the Consultant and Contractors.
Verifies and attests any approved variations for further process.
Checks regularly for snags during different phases of work to ensure no re-work thus saving on time and money.
Visits various government authorities / offices for approvals, payment of fees, NOCs, etc
Certifies payments after verifying work status on the site.
Provide Electrical Design as per DEWA regulation including
Electrical Room layout and computations, Lighting Layout, Small Power layout, Single line Diagrams and etc.

TANKERTON Construction Corporation is the pioneer EPC Contractor of the first Landfill Methane
Gas Recovery and Electricity Generation in the Philippines, Namely; The 4MW San Pedro Laguna
Landfill Methane Gas Power Plant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supports and supervised minimum electrical works like: • Installation of 3Ø, 200A, 230V, Service Entrance.
• Supervision in minimum electrical works in Substation.
• Installation of 3Ø, 40kva, 380/230V, delta/ wye transformer.
• Installation of distribution lines going to Water Treatment Facility.
• Prepared shop drawings and As-built drawings in AutoCAD particularly: Electrical installations like Single line diagram, Wiring diagram, Lighting and
Power layouts, Cable Tray and Trench layout.
• Draw sketches to scale showing relation of proposed installations to existing
facilities and exact specifications and dimensions.
• Create and revise production drawings.
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining an organized file system for production drawings.
• Communicate with Engineering regarding new and revised prints.
