• Provide direction to the management of the company with technical expertise on water and waste treatment processes.
• Ensure that the interests of the stakeholders are protected by taking up the issues, which affect them, in the board of directors’ meetings.
• Formulate and decide on the policies, procedures, rules and regulations, the company should adopt to ensure adequate control.
• Ensure compliance with statutory norms and standards and legal requirements by setting up proper checks and controls.
• Develop the vision and mission for the organization to enable the company to adopt long term strategies for the survival and growth of the organization.
• Participate in board meetings to contribute new ideas and recommend suitable decisions regarding capital investment, technology upgradation and infrastructure modifications.
