• To ensure all the engineering requirements of the curtain wall are achieved and that tests and calculation conducted are documented and stored.
• Liasing with the Senior Structural Engineer that all necessary requirements for the curtain wall have been specified and approved
• To witness the testing of curtain wall for all projects worked on
• Confirmation of adequacy of design and of material selection to ensure and verify that the right materials will be ordered and that the curtain wall design conforms and meets the clients building requirements and specifications.
• To liase with the client, builders, engineers and architects to verify all the necessary requirements for the curtain wall design comply with the project specifications and relevant codes.
• To adopt and comply with company Quality Assurance and Health, Safety and Environment guidelines.
• To cooperate with the co-workers and other departments.

• Organize/plan jobs, write/review specifications, prepare/maintain schedules, develop/monitor estimates and manpower forecasts, assign work, work with client, and subcontract activities;
• Supervise to ensure successful execution of the project;
• Provide assistance to the Project Manager as requested, in the areas of schedules, estimates, progress reports, meetings, procurement, activities, etc.;
• Develop and review specifications, including design criteria;
• Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with project objectives and guidelines
• Utilize contractor data and work with personnel from other disciplines, as required, for the performance of designs;
• Exhibit thorough understanding of pertinent codes and governing regulations and engineering practices;
• Perform self-check of completed work, develop self-confidence, and provide guidance to less experienced engineers;
• Under general supervision, perform and check most types structural analysis/calculations and design of various structures using both computer-aided and manual design techniques;
• Perform and check calculations and solve moderately complex engineering problems;

• Responsible for the operation of Dryvit Exterior Insulation and Finishing System application and installation at site as per contractual and design requirements, and, specified standards.
• Prepare drawing plans, methodologies, and contract documents and submit to main contractor for approval.
• Estimate quantity of materials to be used at site and arrange necessary documents for its approval and delivery.
• Supervise installation works and guarantee that works are done according to design, specifications and standards taking into account health and safety procedures at site.
• Interpret detail drawing plans, specifications, construction methods and procedures appropriately for the ease of installation.
• Prepare engineering documents required for the operation of site such as reports, inspection requests, material delivery and acceptance. Submit all the related reports to the Project Manager.
• Ensure supply of cement, expanded polystyrene boards, fiberglass mesh and Dryvit chemicals and other materials in adequate amount are available on site during installation.
• Attend health and safety meetings, walkthroughs, and, inspections as engineer in charge for the project.
• Check design changes and assess their effects on labor, material and overheads.
• Review and measure completed works, compute cost, and confer variations between actual and contract quantities.

Responsible for the overall operation of the project
Prepare plans and shopdrawings.
Update plans for any revisions.
Layout structures as planned.
Supervise erection of steel structures.
Prepare Weekly Progress report of on-going construction
Coordinate with Sub-contractor for updates and revisions of plans.

• Responsible for construction of the structures in accordance to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site; verifying calculations and placements
• Submits to the project manager list of related reports such as manhours, material outflow, and, equipment utilization.
• Prepare required quantities of concrete, steel, formwork and other materials to be used on site.
• Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
• Prepares engineering documents such as construction specifications, drawing, plans, construction methods and procedures, bill of quantities, and, schedules.
• Provides engineering information by answering queries and requests.
• Communicate with team members as well as clients and contractor to ensure smooth workflow on projects.
• Cooperate with project engineer any changes on design, material specifications and schedules.
• Inspect project sites to ensure they meet relevant codes and are progressing appropriately.
• Attend client meetings and site walkthroughs to keep updated of work progress and problems encountered at site.
