• Steer and direct the manufacturing operations in UAE & Lebanon factories (300+ Staff).
• Calculate and monitor monthly KPIs (Factories P&L, budgets, output, Cost of Poor Quality, and Efficiency).
• Prepare and submit yearly budgets with forecasted work.
• Follow up on production schedules with the production managers.
• Study and monitor the factories capacities and balance the workload between them to achieve maximum utilization and fastest delivery.

•Release Work Orders to assigned teams and follow up their progress with the foremen.
•Implement lean manufacturing activities: 5S, line balancing, standardized work, total productive maintenance (TPM), total employee involvement (TEI), value stream mapping.
•Calculate the factory’s efficiency and man-hours (KPIs) on a monthly basis.
•Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes by measuring cycle times and generating Standard Operating Procedures “SOP” for all released job orders.
•Improve materials handling and minimize non value added work.
•Review and analyze daily manufacturing reports.
•Prepare on a monthly basis a planning forecast for items’ deliveries for all projects.
•Generate Problem & solution reports, and attend Kaizen events to fix them.
•Establish and implement the companys safety management system compatible with OHSAS 18001: Review PPEs (Personal protective equipment), monitor and update the fire system, generate accident reports, measure noise & dust concentration…

• Assess and optimize the plant performance. (Resource Allocation,
Production Planning, Space Requirements…)
• Prepare and ensure maintenance plans and follow up their
implementation.
• Prepare the needed Bill of Quantities for the scheduled work.
• Keep accurate inventory of tools, spare parts, and installation equipment.
• Train workers on new machines, and guide them through new working
procedures.

• Designing, selling, testing, and commissioning of electromechanical
systems and products.
• Coordinate with the engineering department to crosscheck proposed
mechanical solutions and products.
• Propose new products to potential customers (Consultants &
Contractors).
