Commercial Lead for the Doosan Interserve JV on £45m upgrade project on a Water treatment works. Then moved to manage
a £100m MEICA framework for one of the UKs water providers. In my time at Enpure I managed a team of 6 QSs.

Commercial Manager for Industrial, Oil and Gas and Pharmaceutical divisions and working on shutdowns, projects and
maintenance contracts. At Jacobs I was responsible for negotiating the terms of all contracts, in conjunction with the legal
department, and all subcontracts. I implemented CVR reporting across the business, and when Jacobs purchased a new
business I was part of team that rolled out the processes and procedures to them.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director of the company (providing specialist coatings and fireproofing in Oil & Gas), I
managed a team of 7 QSs, 5 estimators and 2 buyers, and was responsible for all contracts, both pre and post signing, and
advised the MD on contracts for his other companies. Whilst in the role I introduced CVRs to improve project reporting and
cash flows

• Worked in Power, Oil and Gas, Pharma and Industrial sectors, in the UK and the Netherlands
• Work mainly on bespoke contracts, with occasional use of FIDIC and IChemE
