services from suppliers locally and internationally, including negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
• Coordinating the movement of materials, and equipment from suppliers to the company’s facilities including shipping, receiving, and storage.
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring that materials, equipment, and services are available when needed.

Responsible for looking into the properties of various materials use for projects in construction, and then selecting the best based on these findings
Researching the properties of materials
Selecting the best materials for specific purposes
Analyzing material test data using modelling software
Investigating structural issues and advising material maintenance and repair
Calculating material cost and advising on the best product to use
Considering waste/environmental impact arising from material use.

Plans, organizes, and supervises the operations of the warehouse facility on a daily basis. Receives documentation from equipment and material suppliers. Check the quality of all materials received in the warehouse and cross-references it with the order quantity as detailed in the requisition form. Organizes, loads, and delivers materials to the correct location in the warehouse. Supervises the processing of all requisitions and requests for proper invoicing according to warehouse codes. Operates and monitors the warehouse’s automated inventory management systems enter data, updates information, and reviews entries for errors. Receiving and Issuance of Spools to Sub Contractor’s directly to site. Permit to Work Issuance (PTW) to Sub Contractor’s Alghanim, HEISCO and IREM.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving of Mechanical Equipment (Vessel, Heater Cooler) including Spare Parts and Platform Material’s such as Beam, Girder, Gratings, H Brace, and Columns. Sending all the required material’s direct to site for the Erection at EPC055A (Unit 1, Unit 2, Unit 11 and Unit 22. Preparing Report due to Damage and Shortage of material’s delivery if necessary.
Monitoring all the materials and equipment prior to their location in lay down yard. Permit to Work Issuer (PTW) to Sub Contractor's Sinopec V, NSH, NBTC Group, SBC, Kaeper, CBMC, and Cape East.

Updating Delivery Note, Cargo Release Notice,
Inspection Release Note and Packing List in the expediting system. Monitoring
Received Delivery Note in received shipment folder. Exporting and Importing the
Updated Delivery Note in the Expediting Web System. Updating Monthly
Progress report (MPR) as per each category/discipline in the MPR folder.
Sending Email for the Import of updated Expedite List in the system. Submitted
Weekly Report and Monthly Status Report to Saudi Aramco.
Receiving of Mechanical Equipment and Platform Material’s such as Beam, Girder, Gratings, H Brace, and Columns. Sending all the required material’s direct to site for the Erection of Ethylene Tank and Propylene Tank. Preparing Report due to Damage and Shortage of material’s delivery if necessary. Monitoring all the materials and equipment prior to their location in lay down yard and escorting all the Trailer’s delivery direct to site.
Issuance of Purchased Order prior to Procurement request for all discipline. Requesting Quotation to vendor with Aramco Vendor ID and 9com Number, follow up direct to main supplier the status of exact delivery date. Updating Material Status report daily.

Material Control, Unloading, Coordination and Review of Delivery Notes and Material Test Certificates. Inspection and Checking of Materials for evidence damage that may occurred during handling and transportation.
Requesting for JDE MR and Purchase Order as per Project Material Request (PMR), follow up materials direct to supplier. Preparing for the weekly and monthly inventory report for project materials and consumable items. Purchasing required materials at site.
Handling of Piping Materials for pipes and fittings such as stainless F304 and F316, carbon steel, low temp. alloy and galvanized, Coordinating to the main contractor, receiving and issuance of materials. Preparation of material request for site delivery, coordination of materials status within the the jobsite, laydown yard and fabrication shop base on prioritize materials required for erection.
