PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHT
Re-organized Konecranes service business 2013: strategic changes for organization and re-invented the service processes in region. This project defined roles and responsibilities together with full documentation of the processes. Some organizational changes and reporting lines redefined as well. Simultaneously I lead the side-project where company implemented new CRM system to the region.
As an important player when Nokia launched the N81 phone in China, I was there as a technical expert and my actions were important part of Nokia's success. Case included media contacts and customer relationship management.
