1-Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements
2- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes
3- Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency and coordinate intra-office moves

1-Ensure proper maintenance of office and stores on daily basis in assigned areas as requested by the hierarchy and in compliance with departmental and company policies and procedures.
2- Inspect problematic areas, make recommendations, coordinate and/or conduct repair, improvements, installation and maintenance.
3- Inspect workmanship of installations in order to ensure conformity to plans and specifications on facility maintenance projects
4- Support the development of facilities policies, procedures and processes and establish best practices methodology (such as in energy management) in order to maintain retail chain and supporting functions
5- Manage schedules and all maintenance works and provide support to the stores in the back office
6-Assist in the management of the maintenance team and contractors
7-Prepare progress reports on facilities maintenance projects

12-Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement;
13-Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.
Performed all Maintenance and Repairs for 10 highest Headquarters Buildings inside and out with 180, 000 square feet of Commercial space.
1-Completed tasks on time and within budget resulting in strengthening Management to owner relationships.
2-Created and maintained Preventive Maintenance Schedule to perform regular checkups so as to avoid breakdown and disrepair.
3-Maintained and repaired all MEP fixtures ensuring they were in working order at all times.
4-maintained all Civil works inside the buildings like floors, carpentry, ..etc.
in charge with all electrical works at Vodafone 6th October building this includes the following:
1-Ensure efficient use of all resources of the plant
2-Active participation in strategic planning and development
3-Analyze and evaluate various vendor offers, sub-contractors services, etc., to help get the best deal
4-Oversee the maintenance and functioning of various equipment and machines includes generators, UPS, voltage regulators, substations, … etc
5-Responsible for facilities in Vodafone data center, switches
6-Arrange for regular preventive maintenance
Responsible for the diesel generators which Supply Mobinil EGYPT sites with electricity this includes:
1- Routine periodic preventive maintenance for generators. (150 site around cairo)
2- Corrective maintenance on a per case basis provided around the clock for the aforementioned systems and equipment with very limited response time.
3- Electrical technical support for control of generator & ATS
4- Team leader for installation & maintenance team of generators
